About Us
Wildflower Therapy Group is a virtual North Carolina practice serving adults, specializing in holistic, trauma-focused therapy for women. We integrate somatic and yoga-informed practices, EMDR, Brainspotting, mindfulness, and other mind-body approaches to support deep nervous-system healing, while fostering a collaborative, ethical team culture where therapists grow in integrative care.

What We Offer
Competitive Compensation: 60/40 split, average rate $76-$90/session, Independent Contractor position

Qualifications
Fully or Associate licensure in North Carolina (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCMHC, Psychologist, etc.)
Completed EMDR Basic Training or Brainspotting Phase 1
At least one year of experience providing individual therapy (internships accepted)
Interest and experience in holistic approaches to treatment, including but not limited to breathwork, yoga, somatic therapy, IFS, EFT, tapping, and energy healing
Ability to work remotely and open to the possibility of working partially in-person in 6-12 months in Raleigh, NC
Must be able to see 15-20 clients weekly within 3 months of starting position
The ideal candidate is empathetic, honest, self-motivated, eager to learn, and values holistic healing
